- Demounted and took watermaker component ETD (Energy Transfer Device) to Malcolm => measured thread 1/4 British Pipe Thread BSPP); dry fitted connection fittings and hoses (~5’)
- Measured Hose length ... 40’ (39,8’) and took Boom Vang Hydraulic Components to Malcolm => dry fitted hydraulic components (pump, needle valve, pump lever) and connected components with hoses in to the panel

- Installed SSB Antenna Insulators in Backstay
- Exchanged Upper Shrouds (incl measuring and swaging)
- Mounted new gWind
- Mounted new Windex
- Pulled Flag halyards
- added stem ball cones to all shrouds ... more contact area
- Tensioned Rigging (shrouds & stays & Rollerfurler)
- turned Foresail Rollerfurler Drum

- Windlass Baseplate water jet cut out 4 3/8“ x 12 5/8“ D3/8“ Alu

- Demounted Staysail Rollerfurler, exchanged damaged foil, mounted Rollerfurler
- Demounted upper port side Spreader => discovered Crack close to base

- Wired and connected compass light
- Cleaned bottom => not many Barnacles, more slime. Blister on rudder located

- Installed engine diesel injectors
- Engine test run & calibrated engine RPM display
- Mounted the second windgenerator holding rod

November 4th - 5th, 2017
- Installed Main AC Pump and Seastrainer in a new location

- Installed USB and 12V plugins at the Cockpit Chartplotter

November 2nd - 3rd, 2017
- Deinstalled Injectors on the Perkins 4.108 for testing

- Coastal Diesel Injection Service: Dropped off engine injectors for cleaning and nozzle replacement. Tested spray pattern => nok. Decided for nozzle replacement

October 31st - November 3rd, 2017

- Cleaned and derusted all Windlass parts in workshop

- Assembled Windlass

- Taped, sealed and installed new port side (back) window
- Demounted second window on starboard side (front) and removed old sealant
- Bow navigation lights connected with new wires and mounted lights

- Demounted old leaking freshwater foot pump head
- Disassembled and cleaned old freshwater foot pumps (galley and head)
- Mounted cleaned freshwater foot pump (head)

- Sail trail to test the Prop

- Analyzed the Watermaker system installation. Mounted and connected first components of the Watermaker system

- Cleaned demounted window frame

- Mounted and connected new Galley Freshwater Footpump

- Removed old sealant at the starboard side demounted window
- Installed and sealed new starboard side window

- Removed old sealant at the port side demounted window and prepared frame for installing

- removed tape from installed window

- Demounted old Galley Freshwater Footpump (leakage)

- Exchanged Navigation lights on the bow

- Checked and adjusted valve clearance on Perkins 4.108 (engine hours: 8.8)
- Connected ground to engine
- Changed engine oil and oil filter
- Checked transmission oil
- Engine test run

October 13th, 2017

- Cleared up the old area of the starter battery and pulled out obsolete cables
- Pulled new cables from shorepower plug to charger/inverter and partially charger/inverter to breaker panel
- Connected battery load indicators
- Set Air Conditioner 2 in to new area

October 10th - 11th, 2017

- Finalized Electric 12V side
- Pulled and connected main cables between Power Control Cabinet and Breaker Panel
- Connected windgenerator and calibrated charge controller
- Connected solar panels and adjusted  charge controller parameters
- Connected battery shunt to philippi system monitor via PBUS ... connection problems

- Soldered and pulled Windgenerator and Solar Panel cables to power control cabinet

- Windlass parts soaking in diesel
- Cleaned starboard stern side (damaged area)

October 4th - 5th, 2017

- Disassembled Windlass, checked condition of parts and ordered wear parts
- Disassembled Boom Vang hydraulic cylinder
- Windlass housing to powder coating company (Protective Powder Coating)

October 2nd, 2017

- Inspected, checked and tested every single part of the hydraulic Boom Vang system

October 1st, 2017

- Cut and adapted the panel for Philippi battery monitor panel
